This report is a terminal evaluation of a UNEP project implemented between 2010 and 2013. The project was targeted at advancing the establishment of a fully biologically representative, climate resilient and functional Marine Protected Areas (MPA) Network - based on Global Island Partnership (GLISPA) commitments and initially focused on GEF supported MPA projects in the Caribbean. This terminal evaluation set out to provide evidence of results to meet accountability requirements, and to promote learning, feedback, and knowledge sharing through results and lessons learned among UNEP and its partners.
