This report is a terminal evaluation of a UNEP-GEF project implemented between 2007 and 2014. The overall objective of the project was to demonstrate and support adoption of best practice approaches for sustainable tourism that reduce the degradation of marine and coastal environments of trans-boundary significance. The evaluation was undertaken to assess project performance (in terms of relevance, effectiveness and efficiency) and determine outcomes and impacts (actual and potential) stemming from the project, including their sustainability.
