Cancun Pledges Analysis from Emissions Gap Report 2016

The Emission Gap 2016 assessment shows that according to all available estimates, three of the G20 members – China, the EU-28 and India – are on track to meet their pledges without purchasing offsets. Three more – Brazil, Japan, and Russia – are on track according to most estimates.
