The United Nations Environment Programme-DHI Centre (UNEP-DHI Centre or UDC) is a long-term partnership between UNEP and the DHI Institute of Water and Environment supporting a diverse set of initiatives in the area of freshwater ecosystems management. For UNEP planning and reporting purposes, the UNEP-DHI collaboration is, however, registered as a project , with approved Project Documents for each phase of the partnership. This evaluation covers the 4-year period from October 2010 to September 2014. This period covers the end of Phase 3 of UNEP-DHI collaboration (2008-2012) and the first half of Phase 4 (2013-2015). These phases supported the UNEP Medium Term Strategies 2010-2013 and 2014-2017 as well as the implementation of the UNEP water policy and strategy (2007) and the subsequent UNEP Operational Strategy for Freshwater (2012-2016).
