World Environment Day presents a pivotal opportunity to address pressing environmental challenges. This year, the annual event is being hosted by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, with a focus on land restoration, desertification and drought resilience

The day is directly linked to, and supports, the UN Decade on Ecosystem Restoration (2021-2030). It is marked under the slogan: Our Land. Our Future. We are #GenerationRestoration.
