Official working documents (UNEP/EA.3/x) are prepared by the Secretariat in accordance with previous Assembly’s resolutions for consideration under each agenda item. The Secretariat prepares documents of the United Nation Environment Assembly pursuant to Rule 30 of the Rules of Procedure. The Secretariat also prepares and presents draft resolutions as submitted by Member States in accordance with Rule 44 of the Rules of Procedure.

Post-session documents are the final documents that are issued after the conclusion of the session. These include meeting proceedings as well as resolutions and decisions that have been adopted.
