This is a terminal evaluation of a UNDP-UNEP GEF project implemented between 2006-2010. The project aimed to develop a generalizable methodology for climate change vulnerability assessment and adaptation strategies for mangroves and associated ecosystems, and to build the capacity of stakeholders in Cameroon, Fiji and Tanzania, with the expectation that the project results would be adopted and applied in other sites and countries. The major objective of the terminal evaluation was to assess project performance (in terms of relevance, effectiveness and efficiency), and determine outcomes and impacts (actual and potential) stemming from the project, including their sustainability.
