NOWPAP's past actions and achievements in Toyama Prefecture were also introduced, together with the implementation by local governments of Toyama Prefecture and Toyama City on environmental issues.

This group has been regularly holding study sessions on various matters for their understanding and possible actions toward local areas in future, and the focus on 2023 - 2024 is "Gratitude toward Ocean and Forest".

After a series of study sessions, they plan to organize a voluntary event on coastal and/or forest areas in 2024.

Participants were very keen on the environment, and multiple questions were raised after the presentation and at a later date.
