The topic is: Is clear water clean water? By Ms. Nadia Cazaubon.

Mr. Corbin's main focus will be on our experiences from programmes, projects and activities in the Wider Caribbean Region and the work of the Cartagena Convention and LBS Protocol.
The moderator will be Mr. Giles Romulus, the Global Environment Facility Small Grants Programme (GEF SGP UNDP) National Coordinator for Saint Lucia.
